Cooking
Zucchini wash and cut into slices 1 cm thick (approximately). Carefully add salt and leave for 15 min.
With zucchini drain the separated liquid and fry in butter on both sides (WITHOUT FLOUR!).
The zucchini are ready put in the pot (enamel, stainless steel or glass). Layers pour chopped garlic and dill.
In a glass pour 1/3 of the vinegar, pour with hot water. Add the honey and salt, boil. Pour the boiling marinade zucchini. Allow to cool and insist a couple of hours in the fridge. And then take it out and enjoy spicy and flavorful snack!
