Cooking
Prepare the necessary products. Feijoa, lemon and ginger to wash.

Once start to boil, add the remaining sugar and, if necessary, add 50 grams of water. Bring it all to a boil, proverjaem 5-10 minutes. Our jam is ready.
Put the hot jars, let cool, close it better cold. With the addition of Gelfix, we have reduced the number of sugar, but, in spite of this, a fine jam can be stored at room temperature for a long time (if by chance you do not quickly eat).
