Spicy miracle pear
Offer a recipe for canning pears. Taste turn out sour-sweet, because there's not very much sugar. For lovers of sweeter sugar can be added.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    1.5 kg

  • Water

    300 g

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Walnuts

    1.5 cup

  • Lemon

    1.5 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

  • Carnation

Cooking

Pears wash, peel off skins and seeds. Cut into small slices.

Add to the pot(or bowl) + water lemon juice + sugar. And cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

After adding vanilla, cloves and nuts. Boil for another 5 minutes.

Decomposed into sterilized jars. Roll up, cool. Can be stored in the pantry.
