Prepare all the ingredients. Of the spices I used a mixture of 4 peppers and ginger. If there is a ready mixture for the fish, you can only use this seasoning.

We post all of our marinade in a baking dish/pan. Placed on this pad our fish... and... go!!! In the oven for 20 min. For 6-7min. can the fish upside down ( if desired). If there is a function grill, the fish will be just perfect!!!
