Cooking
First prepare the filling to cool sufficiently. Mix the poppy seeds, sugar and water, boil for 10-15 minutes. Do not pour a lot of water, it is better to gradually add it, otherwise the filling will be liquid and, if still liquid is a lot of, you can then drain through a strainer. After cooking I added more honey, and for me it was a hard time... Cool. Or you can use prepared poppy seed filling. Now knead the dough: mix the wet ingredients, then the sifted flour with the baking powder. Pour the flour portions, and the residue was stirred on the table, the batter should be dense.
Ratatat the dough into a circle, it is better to do it in two parts because my stuffing turned out watery, but the dough is very thin, it came out the holes... Spread the filling and wrap the roll.
Cut into 2-3 cm wide pieces, lay on a baking tray with paper, you can press and leave for 10 minutes.
Gretl the oven to 200°C and bake the buns for about 20 minutes. When they are baked, brush the glaze: mix powdered sugar with milk and lubricated while they're still hot. BON APPETIT!
