Really, I love chicken gizzards! Decided to cook them and this recipe! It turned out as I expected, hearty and zesty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken stomachs

    500 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Horseradish

    2 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

Boil the gizzards with salted water for 40 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into small pieces. Carrots and onions cleaned and cut into small cubes.
