Soup-Suvorov
It is unknown if Suvorov came up with a recipe for soup in the Academy, or this dish was cooked for the soldiers. The important thing is that the recipe for this delicious soup has survived to our times. It turned out that the fish, mushrooms and tomatoes - very interesting and incredibly delicious combination.   • Carrots

  • Celery root

  • Tomato

  • Water

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

To prepare the products. In the supermarket near my house often sell walleye, but I had no luck. When I came for him, the seller (a friend once worked together) told me that the walleye are unimportant, not worth taking. Had to take the haddock. Instead of dried porcini, you can use mushrooms, though the flavor will not be as bright. Oil I brand "Ekomilk". Dried mushrooms soak in cold water.

The fish is cleaned. Fillet cut into pieces. From bones, fins and heads of the fish to cook the broth. Ready strain the broth.

Wash the mushrooms, cook until tender and slice.

Onion cut into small cubes, carrot and celery and chop sticks. Cut the potatoes into small chunks. Tomatoes peel and cut into cubes. I had a small tomato and I took 4 pieces.

In a deep saucepan, melt the butter.

Fry the onions until Golden brown.

Add the carrots and celery.

Add the mushrooms and fry until soft.

The soup can be prepared in portion pots and one large pot. On the bottom of the pot put the pieces of fish.

Put the potatoes and sauté.

Pour hot fish broth, add pepper and salt.

Send to languish in the oven at 200*C for about 45-50 minutes. Shortly before the end of cooking in the pot add the tomatoes. Switch off the oven and leave the pot in it still for 10-15 minutes to let the soup steep.
