Cooking
Broth bring to a boil. Add the cauliflower, disassembled into small florets. Bring to boil again. Cook for as long as you wish. My cabbage was frozen and I after boiling, it is not cooked at all.
Remove from heat and stir in the couscous. After 5 minutes the soup is ready.
Pour on plates. Sprinkle with herbs (very tasty with the green onions in the photo with parsley), red pepper, crumble the cheese. If you eliminate the cheese and use vegetable broth with a little olive oil, it will make a wonderful meatless or vegetarian dish.
