Boil the fish.

After the fish aterials, separated from her skin and most of it we press with a fork. Cut the rest into small pieces. This part will be used to decorate the soup.

A broth from under fish, you can strain and boil the vegetables in it. But you can pour new water. In it, boil potatoes, carrots and broccoli.

Then pour puree back into the pan and cook for another 5-7 minutes, adding cream until the consistency of the soup will resemble a gentle cream.
