I always cook complex soups. This was a revelation. Very surprised how such a simple soup could be so tasty. Tender pieces of chicken, fresh vegetables and pearl barley in a fragrant chicken broth.

Cooking
Pearl barley pre-fill with water overnight, then decanting the liquid.
In stock ready to throw in the soaked pearl barley and cook until grits are soft. Many cereals, as soup without potatoes. Prepare the vegetables to roast, cut finely the onions, carrots and celery sticks. I added parsley root. These roots give good flavor and taste. To make the sauté, fry the onion and then adding the roots.
In the middle of cooking, add the broth Bay leaf, not long before the end of cooking, add zazharku. Can vegetables and not fry, just add it to the broth, but I like my vegetables fried. Add salt, pepper, add the chicken pieces, bring to boil and serve.
