I've put the recipe for pkhali from green beans, but I couldn't resist not to share another type of Phala - Phala of eggplant. With bright rich flavor of the eggplant and walnut notes, accompanied by spicy and sharp - alluring spices. Help yourself!

Phala badrijani spoken in Samegrelo, but usually the eggplant for this dish are boiled. I also like fried eggplant, so this is the option that you and I will show you.
