Description

Swiss thick soup with barley
In one of the shows, Jamie Oliver visited Switzerland and talked about the national dish, a thick soup with barley cereal. The soup is simple but delicious, hearty, healthy and does not require long standing at the stove. Our family love barley, so I cooked the soup on the motives of the Swiss. The ingredients I have others, but the principle is the same. The soup was very rich, thick, delicious. Try it, I bet you will like it.
