Cooking
Base ingredients. Lemons I of Egypt, small and very fragrant.
Suitable for jam cooking pot, add sugar, squeeze in lemon juice, add the Sweet soy sauce. Beets clean.
Rotate the beets in a meat grinder with a fine mesh.
Drain juice from beets into a saucepan to sugar. Put on fire and bring to boil. Cook on low heat until the sugar is dissolved.
To spread the syrup over the beets, bring to boil and reduce the heat to a minimum. To remove the foam and simmer until tender, about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally. It is very convenient to cook the marmalade in the slow cooker.
