  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Spinach

    1 handful

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 handful

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Honey

All ingredients my. Celery, Apple, lemon, lime and ginger root cut into cubes.

Put in a juicer and make juice.

To ready the juice, add honey or any sweet syrup (optional).
