Cooking
In a Cup sift the flour, add the powdered sugar and baking powder, mix well. Add the softened butter and grind all into a fine, fat baby. Add the egg yolks. I cooked only half portion, so the yolk I have one. If the dough crumbles or not sufficiently soft and pliable, add the milk. I have all samesies and without milk.
While preparing the filling, the dough put into the fridge. Nuts to chop, but not into a powder, and to feel the pieces. Add the cocoa and vanilla, mix well.
Beat the whites until stiff peaks, gradually adding sugar. Gently mix with nuts.
Take out the dough from the refrigerator and roll out on baking paper in a thin, rectangular layer. Top evenly put the stuffing.
From two opposite sides, turn the dough into rolls, not much jamming, so as not to squeeze out filling. Between the rolls should remain a distance of about 2 cm Bake at 200C for 30 mins until Golden brown. But be guided by your oven - in mine it was ready in 20 min.
Using a strainer sprinkle the rolls with powdered sugar. Chocolate melt in a water bath or in the microwave, pour over the middle of next cookies.
After solidification of the chocolate carefully cut into biscuits.
I put the filling too thick, so it's a little curls. But I don't think the taste suffered. Delicious cookies made from products available!
