Jelly feijoa and Apple
Definitely useful and a vitamin drink, with incredible flavor and extraordinary taste.

Ingredients

  • Feijoa

    300 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Sugar

  • Potato starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    4 cup

Clean from the skin of the Apple. Feijoa and Apple cut into small slices and with the help of a blender along with mint grind in a homogeneous mass (feijoa grind with the skin, as it contains a lot of vitamins).

In boiling water add sugar, emerald mass and boil for about 10 minutes.

In a Cup add a little cold boiled water to dissolve the starch. Pour the starch in boiling water and using a whisk mix well, boil for about 2-3 minutes.

To condemn the jelly and serve cold. The aroma of the pudding is incredible!!
