Nettle soup. (Nasselsoppa). Amazingly delicious, delicate and velvety soup... ordinary grass.))) Not yet prepared and tried couldn't believe the description of the recipe. This soup is a miracle of nature. Who would have thought that literally anything can be cooked this yummy! The recipe is very relevant, now a lot of fresh nettles. Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Nettle

  • Onion

  • Olive oil

  • Broth

    700 ml

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Nettle carefully to wash out, chop coarsely, chop the onion.

In a large pot pour vegetable oil and fry it on the nettles with onions for 4 to 5 minutes.
