Soup in Lviv
I, as a Russian-Ukrainian girl, I love a variety of soups! In my chest of prizes a lot of them. I want to share with you the recipe for this delicious soup! I'm sure that this collector would be happy to eat both adults and kids!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Beets

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Butter

    5 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Sausage

    3 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    5 sprig

  • Parsley

    5 sprig

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

Cooking

Take beef on the bone, thoroughly wash and put in a pot of cold water. Peel one carrot and one onion, put the meat. Put on medium heat, bring to a boil, diminish the heat and cook for two hours, periodically removing the foam. When the broth is ready, remove the onions and carrots, we don't need them.

My beets thoroughly and cook until soft. Cleaned from the skin.

Peel the potatoes and cut it cubes.

The remaining carrots and onions clean. Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion cut by cubes. Bell pepper cut semicircles. Fry all together until cooked.

Beets cut fine strips. I use the grater of börner (nozzle for Korean carrot). Put our nice beet, huh in a pan with butter, add the tomato paste, vinegar and sugar. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.

When our meat is cooked we will pull and cut medium cubes. The broth and stash the potatoes. Let them boil. And meanwhile, cut sausage slices and fry them in butter until Golden brown.

When the potatoes will be almost ready, add the broth, the meat, sauté, stew a nice beet, huh, chili pepper to taste, sprinkle with salt and pepper (ground pepper-2 tsp). Bring to a boil, add fried sausage. Sprinkle with herbs and tormented for 10 minutes on slow light.
