Beef braised in beer
Such tender meat I have never in my life did not eat! Even chewing is not necessary - melted in your mouth! That's the stuff pays for overhead! Pets require repetition =)

Ingredients

  • Beef

    900 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mushrooms

    50 g

  • Beer

    450 ml

  • Broth

    450 ml

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

Cooking

Beef cut into small pieces.

Roll in flour, fry in oil until Golden brown in a saucepan, place on a dish.

Carrots, onions, mushrooms to slice, squeeze the garlic. Put into a pan, where roasted meat.

Fry 10 minutes, add meat, broth, beer, spices. Cook for 1.5 hours until soft, add salt at the end. The smell is specific, but I really like it! Beer was not dark, light is also very good.

On the bottom of the pot put the chopped potatoes, spread on top the meat with gravy.

Roll out puff pastry, cut out circles (I have the lids from the pots cut), cover each test pot. In the center make a cut for the pair lubricated with the egg. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 gr. till the test. Serve with beer.
