Cooking
Chicken (better to take the meat from the thigh, so it will be juicier) you can grind in a meat grinder, but I finely sliced. Pickled cucumber cut into slices. Pepper cleaned of seeds and veins and cut into strips, tomato circle.
Peeled onions cut into small dice and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Peeled celeriac cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
At the minimum of the loaf cut off the top and remove the crumb.
In a bowl, combine chicken, fried onion, grate the garlic on a small grater, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, salt, pepper, add spices to taste. Mix well. To fill this meat loaf.
On top put sliced pickles.
Then a layer of roasted celery.
Next a layer of sliced tomatoes and strips of pepper.
From above to grease with mayonnaise or sour cream a little. Grate cheese on a grater and sprinkle liberally loaf. Bake at 200-220 degrees for 30-40 minutes until Golden brown.
