Description
Very tasty beans. I often cook it because my family just love it!!! Prepares quickly and easily. It can serve as a separate dish, especially now, in the post, or as a garnish. In Damascus, this dish is usually served a salad of cucumbers in yogurt.

In a saucepan, pour olive oil heated and pour cut green beans. Fry 5 minutes over high heat with constant stirring, then reduce fire, cover with a lid and simmer for another 25 minutes. Periodically stir.
When the beans are almost done, squeezing it 5-6 cloves of garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir and leave for another 5 minutes on low heat under a lid.
The finished beans can be sprinkled with parsley. Bon appetit!
