A simple and tasty dish. Prepared quickly, without hassle.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    5 piece

  • Adjika

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Water

    0.25 cup

Chicken thighs washed, to remove excess oil. Add 1 teaspoon of adjika spicy, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon spicy dried herbs, salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Add 1/4 Cup water, cover the mixture and leave in the marinade for about 30-40 minutes.

Thighs spread in a baking dish, cover with foil and send in the oven, bake until tender.

Then remove the foil and sear on the grill.

Chop the tomatoes slices.

Grate cheese.

Place the tomatoes on the finished thighs.

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Send in the oven, turn on the grill and brown the top layer.
