Cooking

step-0
Preparation of salad start with making the pickled onions. Onions cut thin half-rings. Prepare the marinade of warm water, vinegar and sugar and pour the onion. Set aside for 15 minutes to marinate.
step-1
Lettuce wash, dry paper towel. Smoked chicken legs cut the flesh and cut into pieces. You can take any smoked meat, although the recipe is fried chicken, apparently, the budget at the time. If you are against smoked foods, take boiled meat or chicken, but the taste will be quite different.
step-2
Mix pickled onions, lettuce and smoked chicken. In the remaining onions from the marinade add the vegetable oil and pour this salad dressing. Put the salad on a dish. This is the recipe for "hussar" salad.
step-3
Take cheese, I chose to take the "Russian" from Belebeevsky dairy plant. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
step-4
To Certosa cheese add cottage cheese and grated garlic (or pressed). You can take the old-fashioned way instead of cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise. Mix everything. Obtained plastic mass. With wet hands shape little balls from the curd. To mold them is no problem.
step-5
Put these balls on top of the salad. The salad is served chilled, sprinkled with freshly-ground mixture of peppers. All the best to You in the New year!
