Bread custard according to GOST. Honestly, I've never seen before bread in the stores. But the taste... what does he look familiar to you... the taste and aroma of fresh sweet bread. And I was not mistaken in the name, the bread is prepared on the basis of custard added to the batter. Very sweet and airy!!!

Cooking
To cook custard: mix the flour with the milk to lukewarm (weight should be slightly thicken and will steam), immediately remove from heat (do NOT boil). Separately, whisk the sugar and egg yolk. Milk mixture pour into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
Mix the dry ingredients for the dough - flour, salt and yeast, mix well.
Pour the warm water, knead the dough (to the extent possible, as not enough liquid yet). Better to do it with a blender or food processor, I did manually, so it will be longer and harder.
Now pour in the melted butter, again knead it.
At this stage should be soft, elastic dough that does not stick to hands. It is possible that you will need more or less flour, it depends on the humidity of the flour. It took me a while to fill up.
Cover the bowl with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1-2 hours (I stood for 2 hours). The dough should increase significantly.
When the dough is ready, divide it into balls. One loaf takes 3 gingerbread.
From each bun hands to make the cake and roll it into a roll. (I at this stage I decided to add my touch, so I wrapped the cleaned seeds in rolls).
Then rolls to roll a snail and put them into a form that greased. I have a form 25x10 cm
Cover the form with foil and put back in warm place to rise (about 1-1. 5 hours). The dough again will increase significantly. Turn the oven on 190 degrees.
Brush the bread with beaten egg whites, sprinkle with sesame seeds (but it awsm optional).
Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 25-35 minutes (watch your oven). The bread needs a good reddening. The bread to cool in the form, remove and serve!
