Cooking
For cooking, take the garlic. In such amounts as needed. I was more than enough for one head.
Garlic should be soaked. to do this, immediately hold it under running warm water of about forty degrees, approximately, a little warmer in the palm of your hand.
Then leave wet for long time 5-15min. it took me minutes to 10t but apparently wet not so good, while cleaning it took a little bit to help yourself with a knife
Drenched garlic clear from the husk and cut into thin chips. If you do not want to hands smelled of long it is possible to operate with gloves on.
Slice easier when the clove is level. Lay the slices on a clean and dry parchment (which come with the pan). The thinner the slice the faster cooked garlic and Vice versa, respectively.
Sent in a preheated oven at 100 degrees in the convection mode. Those who do not have this option, you will do as a hostess - insert a wooden spatula to dwarika to have a gap for air. I both dried garlic and on the second sheet of tomatoes.
The time it takes drying approximately 2-3 hours, depending on thickness of chopped garlic. When dried is considered breaking one bite you hear the crunch and he pours. Store in a dry, tightly closing containers. Delicious, interesting, and useful dishes :)
