Banana-oatmeal smoothie
This is a very tasty, very similar to a thick milkshake, only without ice cream and, therefore, this drink is lower in calories.

Ingredients

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Milk

    350 ml

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare all the necessary products.

Oats fill with water and let it stand for about 5 minutes.

Banana clean, mode slices and put in blender.

Oatmeal, squeeze excess water and add to blender. There also add honey.
