Meat cut into small pieces
The garlic through a press or crush with a broad knife and finely chop.
Meat spread on a heated pan, lightly fry.
Meanwhile, make sauce: in milk (cream) add the garlic, salt, spices, herbs. Entered 1 tbsp of flour. Mix thoroughly. Helped me with this blender.
Add the sauce to the meat, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Put on a small fire and another 5 minutes keep under cover.
For the side dish I did potatoes on the village. Potato tubers cut in half, then those halves in half again. Turned slices.
Boil salted water and literally 5 minutes launched into a pot of potatoes.
Take out the potatoes, spread on a baking sheet lined with foil.
All the pieces thoroughly lubricate sunflower oil (handy silicon brush), sprinkle with salt and spices to taste. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees until cooked.
