I love potato casseroles yet, probably since kindergarten))) Why is their not to love? Meat and potatoes - the normal human food, from which no one will refuse) And if it's not just meat, and the fragrant minced meat with soy sauce, ketchup and fried onions, and not just potatoes and mash with milk, butter, egg, and cheese dish turns into a fabulously delicious casserole, to resist which it is simply impossible!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    1000 g

  • Onion

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Milk

  • Butter

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

The minced meat is fried with the addition of chopped onions, then shifted into the container (without the separated liquid) and mix with soy sauce and ketchup.
