Salad
Easy vegetable salad instead of a side dish for weight loss. Reveal your secret to the numerous requests, like 7 days to throw 3-5 kg of weight. All products are designed and tested by myself, to develop my mom's nutritionist. If in the course of the week to eat this salad instead of dinner, it takes up to 3 kg in a week, and if you eat it even for lunch with boiled meat, 5 kg of leaves are guaranteed.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Dill

  • Olives

  • Carrots

  • Olive oil

  • Balsamic

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Mac

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Allspice

Cooking

Tomatoes finely, dice the cucumber even smaller, add a handful of olives

Celery peel and finely cut into cubes, add Korean arkovi and finely chop the dill

Add the peppers passed through the mill and season the salad with sauce: mix olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce

Toss the salad, if not enough salt is just salt. Mix cottage cheese with poppy seeds and roll into balls the size of cherries. Cheese is not below the lip to the hands, moisten them slightly with water.
