Actually, I want to say that I especially do not think about what you eat. My menu had a lot of fried, salty, sweet, actually, this could not affect my figure, but really I was thinking of what to eat, when the daughter began to ask for food that is off my plate or from the plate of the Pope. At this point it became clear that it is time to change your diet. The soup I've always loved, so this dish caught us very quickly because it's very easy to cook. Our products - zucchini, broccoli, leeks and garlic.

Peel the vegetables and cut in big pieces and put in a saucepan.

A small trick that will help keep more vitamins in the vegetables, pour the soup with hot water. Place on the stove and cook for 7-10 minutes under the lid.

With an immersion blender make the soup, add a little milk and put it on the stove for another couple minutes.

That's all. Our soup is ready. When serving, you can sprinkle it with sesame seeds. It's a simple dish, but it is very delicate, I'd say air.
