Description
I love sherbet!!! Did it yesterday and today. Yesterday ate almost all by myself and without chocolate. Usually the sweets I prepared for the kids who come to visit us and for a neighbor's grandson. This sorbet I made for my compatriot. For Larissa - Lalic. Larissa is wonderful! She always responds to "my trouble, problem, request." Always willing to help without asking anything in return... Larissa, sherbet is not the best gift and treats, but he prepared me with love and give it from the heart!

Cooking
Ingredients for sorbet - brown sugar "Mistral", cream 10%, a mixture of Fitness - nuts, raisins, pumpkin seeds, cranberries.
In cream, pour sugar and bring to a boil.
Cook on a slow fire and constantly stir for about 15 minutes.
Add the oil, vanilla, nuts, pumpkin seeds, raisins, cranberries and cook for another 5 minutes.
The silicone form in advance smeared with chocolate, which I melted in a water bath. Large Brazil nuts and almonds have rastolkli in a mortar.
The form put it in the refrigerator for better solidification of the chocolate.
The hot mixture was placed in 8 cells and two salt shakers. Once in the form of sherbet cooled, put it in the fridge.
Remove from the refrigerator shape, the outer side of sherbet lined a sharp knife and covered with melted chocolate. Chocolate quickly froze. Sherbet easily removed from the cells. Butterflies, bees, ladybugs, dragonfly turned out beautiful and shiny on both sides.
I usually only take pictures with flash. But here was photographed without her, because it is very shiny shell sorbet - chocolate. From the glare of the flash drawing bugs cannot be seen in the photo.
Larissa, let the sherbet you will raise in the first day of winter mood and warm summer heat.
Ladybug in cross section. Great taste!!! Despite the large amount of sugar, sherbet not cloying. Give a pleasant taste of nuts. Raisins are not a lot of respect, but here it is. Pumpkin seeds lightly crunched. And the sourness from the cranberries... Love it!!!
