Chocolate biscuit in hot milk
I can only say sooo gentle! My favorite among all cakes. I have a recipe for "sponge Cake hot milk" on its base and this delicious, chocolate - perfect for me!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    135 g

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Brown sugar

    165 g

  • Leavening agent

    6 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

First you have milk and butter in a small saucepan bring to a boil. Set aside.

I used brown Demerara sugar TM Mistral, he gives a bit of a caramel flavor.
