I can only say sooo gentle! My favorite among all cakes. I have a recipe for "sponge Cake hot milk" on its base and this delicious, chocolate - perfect for me!

Cooking
First you have milk and butter in a small saucepan bring to a boil. Set aside.
I used brown Demerara sugar TM Mistral, he gives a bit of a caramel flavor.

That is obtained the dough.
Form (diameter 20-22 cm) grease with vegetable oil. Pour the dough. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until tender. I baked it in a slow cooker.
Cake let cool on wire rack.
