What I love meat loaf, so it's the speed of preparation and its versatility. Hot as a main dish, cold on a sandwich - he's good in all kinds! And every time, adding new ingredients, you can get a new dish.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Millet

    70 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    50 g

  • Carrots

    50 g

  • Pepper

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Finely chopped onion and grated carrot sauté in vegetable oil. Boil the millet in salted water. Finely chop the bell pepper. Grate cheese

Season with soy sauce (I use Kikkoman) and pepper to taste, whisk well the minced meat and refrigerate for 1-2 hours

You can cook a meat loaf in one large form or in small portions. I chose the second option. Grease molds with oil and place the meat in molds, compacting it.
