Pickled mushrooms 5 minutes
Tasty, not spicy, quickly prepared and quickly eaten!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 kg

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Dill

Mushrooms are well washed and if large, chopped (I had a very large and I cut them into quarters).

Cook all the spices.

In a pan, put spices, salt, sugar, water, vinegar, oil, put mushrooms and closed the lid, put on medium heat, bring to a boil. Since the boiling cook for 5 minutes. For half a minute until cooked put the sliced garlic. Turn off the heat and cool the mushrooms, without opening the cover.

The cooled mushrooms transfer to a jar, add soy sauce, cover and a couple of times to turn to the sauce mixed with the mushroom marinade.
