Description
I, like everyone, there are days when you want something, and what, is unclear. In one of these moments, tormented for half a day in search of something "for the soul", I decided to take matters into their own hands and begin to improvise. Why is my dish I called "false cabbage rolls"? Yes, because in appearance they are very similar, but essentially different.

Cooking
Immediately say, that the number of products to give "the eye". To start prepare the cabbage leaves. For this, I proverila the head of cabbage 7 minutes, and then carefully removed the softened upper leaves and cut the thick places. I'll tell you that one chicken I got 9 rolls accordingly I recommend such proportion.
Chicken fillet cut into thin slices across fibers, slightly thump of hands with a hammer, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
On cabbage leaf put chicken...
and wrap rolls, like stuffed cabbage (hence the name) :)
Here I thought it just uninteresting, and I decided to diversify the stuffing. So I offer three more options of toppings, but the flight of Your imagination is not limited. First option: on cabbage leaf spread chicken fillet, on the one hand put about a tablespoon of canned peas, roll forming, as in the first case.
The second option instead of the peas, put a slice of tomato and sprinkle with a little Basil.
And the third option is to pepper.
Prepare a batter of eggs, flour, water and a little salt. The consistency of the batter should be like dough for pancakes.
Dip in batter and fry each roll on the pan with a little vegetable oil until Golden brown. It takes literally 1-2 minutes on each side.
Fried rolls put in a refractory form or pan and pour slightly salted whipped cream (cream in my refrigerator were not available, so I made sour cream with a little water).
And at this moment in the kitchen came to me returning early from work, the husband with the duty question: "what'll we eat? I'm hungry!" The process had to be speeded up, and instead of baking in the oven use the microwave. So, cover the form with a lid and put in the microwave on maximum power (I have 800) for 10 minutes. Then take it out, remove the cover, sprinkle with grated cheese for another 5 minutes under the grill.
The dish is ready once the cheese has melted and formed a delicious crust.
We spread our rolls on a dish, sprinkle with greens and start tasting.
My husband and daughter really liked this version of spring rolls. Husband, not being a fan of boiled/steamed cabbage, even asked in the future to replace the cabbage rolls on these rolls.
