Cooking
Onion cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater.
From pickled tomatoes to remove skin. Cut into dice the fresh tomatoes and pickle. Bulgarian pepper cut into strips.
In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry the onion, carrot and pepper.
Then add chopped tomatoes, spices, salt and saute for 5 minutes.
Fish fillet cut into pieces of approximately 5x5 cm
To the vegetables add sour cream, salt and saute a minute.
On a baking sheet spread the pieces of fish, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with seasonings.
Put the vegetable sauce and chopped parsley.
Grate cheese on a grater and sprinkle them on top of the sauce.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees 25-30 minutes.
