Thai chicken nuggets
Tender chicken meat with crispy flavorful crust. Very hard to feed the child in an exotic country. These nuggets just saved us, - the child ate their almost every day. And, of course, the recipe favorite dishes were brought home.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic powder

    1 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chicken fillet wash, dry, cut into several pieces, depending on desired size. To beat.

Pour soy sauce Cccamp and leave for 15 minutes. I use light soy sauce this brand, it contains much less salt.

Yolk vzbit with milk.

Breadcrumbs mixed with grated coconut, add garlic powder.

Roll the fillets in flour.

Preheat in a pan the oil and fry for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
