Yesterday marked 1 year since I together with you, my friends, on the website "cook". But yesterday, due to a number of circumstances, I had no time to do their cooking, but today I decided to cook something on the occasion of this Anniversary. Decided to make this very simple in execution, but the festive content of the salad. And the name speaks for itself: the egg is the origin of life on Earth and eggs - the origin of life in water (sea).

This set of products necessary for salad.
Very finely chop the cucumber.
Finely chop the shrimp.
Ideally suited for salad quail eggs, but in the absence thereof, use chicken. Also finely chop.
Add the red caviar, mayonnaise and mix everything together.
I put the salad in the form of "unity" on the occasion of the Anniversary.
