I pre-baked these are the shells out of phyllo dough - cut the Filo sheet into squares, put 2-3 pieces and filled out a form for cupcakes. Bake at 180 C until tender, about 20 minutes. Instead of tartlets you can use the purchase.
Frozen crab meat RUB on a small grater. 1/3 to postpone for decoration.
Finely grate boiled eggs and add to crab.
On a shallow grater to grate cheese, add to previous ingredients, equalize salt-pepper and mix with mayonnaise and garlic
From the cheese-crab mass roll into balls.
Roll the balls in crab shavings.
