Very easy to prepare, doesn't take a lot of time, the power of even a schoolboy.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    70 g

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Cream

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

Beat the eggs with sugar, gradually adding the softened butter, salt, 70 grams of milk, flour

Divide into 2 portions, to one add the chocolate dissolved in warm milk

Bake 2 Korzh at a temperature of 200*C for 30 minutes, allow to cool and cut both cake into equal pieces Whip the cream with the icing sugar and fluff each piece, stacking in a staggered manner. Instead of cream you can miss the mark in any jam, it's not for everybody.

When done, melt the chocolate in a water bath, add 50 grams of butter and pour the cake. Give soak.
