In my family, sweets, eat a little, so I do not like to cook them. In my Association the sand bagels, even croissants, but this is different. The friend tossed the recipe used for over 20 years. And most important to me is that all the products mix in one Cup and put to bake, nothing beat separately is not necessary. So: all products mix. While you prepare a baking sheet, cover it with paper, prepare a place for rolling out dough - the dough is ready. Cheat bagels and bake 20 min. at 180°-200°. While the bagels bake, make the glaze: powdered sugar mixed with milk. The glaze is thick, hard to disturb, but looks great.
