Cooking
The dough I usually get mixed up using the bread machine, but you can knead in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk and yogurt, add dry yeast and leave for 5 minutes.
Add the sifted flour, salt, sugar, egg, softened butter.
Put the bucket with the ingredients in the bread machine, include the mode of kneading.
Give the dough to increase in volume twice.
Divide the dough into 14 equal parts.
Formed from pieces of dough balls.
Cover balls of dough with the cling film and give them rest for about 10 minutes.
Prepare the stuffing - in a bowl with cream cheese add vanilla, sugar, egg.
The filling is thoroughly mixed. If the stuffing will have a liquid - no problem! Add in stuffing two tablespoons of flour, mix the ingredients and heat in stages in the microwave, stirring each time. The filling will thicken, just before forming the cakes, let this stuffing cool down.
Take one piece of dough, rolled out circle.
Put curd in a little closer to one edge.
Make two cuts on each side as pictured.
First top of the filling making the left upper strip test.
On top of it the upper right.
Then bring the left strip.
And the rest of the right, i.e. Zapletal by type of braids.
You then lower the dough, covered with filling, to wrap around the filling.
The edges of the dough should be well to take. Thus is formed the remaining pieces of dough.
Baskets stack up on the oiled baking sheet, cover film.
Give the baskets a little increase in size.
Grease the dough with beaten egg.
Bake tarts in preheated oven at 200 degrees, until Golden brown.
