When you don't have time, but baking, well, Oh how I want to come to the aid of such puffs. Fast, easy, and amazingly delicious crisp!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    450 g

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    130 g

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Butter

    30 g

The dough is thawed, cut into portions (size and shape - any). To put at a distance from each other on the lined baking sheet.

For the meringue beat the whites with the sugar until stable peaks,

Add the coconut, mix gently from bottom to top.
