Irish potato pie
Donegal pie. It turns out that one year ago today, as I Cook! Great event! Immensely grateful to the site and to our cooks, helped to awaken in me the hidden talents! Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    225 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Sift the flour, butter, chopped, mixed with flour into crumbs. Add 1 egg, water and knead the dough. Wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Boil potatoes in salted water. Green wash, dry, finely chop. Potato mash, add the greens.

Pork, cleaned of fat, cut into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, fry in vegetable oil until tender.

3 eggs boil hard boiled and finely chop. The form (it's deep) oil. Put half of the potatoes with the greens.

Then a layer of sliced eggs.

Place a layer of pork.

On top lay the remaining potatoes.

Roll the dough, cover the filling, to form ledges. Bake at 200 gr. 25-30 minutes. The top layer is not dry, after 10 minutes, cover pie with foil. Remove from the oven, cool and turn over on a dish.
