Swedish night bread without kneading
For a long time was this recipe in my queue for cooking, somehow postponed. But come the day X and I baked it. Nazarathy and tender crumb, crunchy crust, seeds - we liked EVERYTHING! And very important - do not knead - just mix the ingredients, put in the form and in the fridge overnight, in the morning took the form - in the oven-turn the oven and 40 minutes later the bread on the table! Try? The recipe was found on the Internet. The recipe didn't change a thing - please note - flour and seeds in ML!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Sunflower seeds

    50 ml

  • Flax seeds

    50 ml

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Sift the flour. Add all the remaining ingredients.

    вообще, ни капельки, не поднялось . Пришлось утром ставить на плите с включённой духовкой. часа через 3-4полнялось, поставила в духовку. испекла. было вкусно, съели быстро

    все отлично, кроме того, что столько воды как в рецепте -1 ст было очень мало на такое количество муки. Пришлось добавить еще 3/4стакана. второй момент- в холодильнике тесто вообще
