Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    200 ml

  • Carnation

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 cup

We will prepare our ingredients.

Meat cut into portion pieces. Thickness of about 1.5 cm sprinkle with Salt and pepper on both sides.

Prepare the marinade for the meat. Finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, lemon juice, cloves, oil.

Mix well, add water, a little sugar and salt.

The meat submerged in the marinade. And leave to marinate for at least 2 hours and preferably overnight.

Eggplant cut into thick washers. Sprinkle with salt on both sides.
