Description
The alternative is "French Meat" - Meat gratin with vegetables in French. Very simple preparation. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Mouse-Katyusha called "Carrot gratin with pork" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
The potatoes and scrape the carrots and boil in salted water for about 15 minutes. At the end of cooking add the chopped green onions. Drain vegetables in a colander and let the water drain out. Wash the parsley, chop and mix with vegetables.

Meat and vegetables are put in layers in greased with butter form. Pour all of the sauce, sprinkle a little grated cheese and a little butter.
Bake the dish in preheated oven for about 30 minutes at the pace. 180°C.
