Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Fluffy called "Apple souffle" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". A light, soft soufflé, with the aroma and taste of the Apple. Goes perfectly with the crumbly biscuits!

Cooking
Wash apples. Remove skin and seeds.
Cut into wedges. Spread out on a baking sheet moistened with water. And bake in the oven until soft.
From baked apples to make a puree.
Chilled proteins vzbit in a solid foam.
Carefully connect the whites and mash, stirring with a wooden spatula.
Grease cups or ramekins with butter. Break biscuits and place on the bottom.
Put the protein and Apple mass. A little more mid-capacity.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. To put the souffle in a water bath. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until soufflé is browned, turn off the oven and after 5 minutes to get the souffles. To eat warm. Bon appetit!
