Cooking
Milk (or whey) pour into a deep bowl, on a surface sprinkled with dry yeast. Not to stir! Let stand for 10 minutes.
Add sugar, margarine, whole egg + one white, a little salt, vanilla
The yolk is separated and used for cottage cheese filling
Sift flour, add to start with 4 cups, mix and allow to stand in the heat for about 15 minutes
Add gradually the flour, vimosewa the dough first in the bowl...
... and then on the table until a soft elastic dough that does not stick to hands.
Because of the braids, we will have 4, then immediately divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Each piece sprinkle with flour and put everything in the bowl in which the dough is kneaded. Cover with a cloth and set in a warm place for 20 minutes. And yet...
... but in the meantime prepare the filling. In the curd add sugar, salt, vanilla, and a bit of semolina (so the filling doesn't spread)
Here it is - our curd. It's enough for two braids. The rest two I have today with cinnamon and sugar. In General, braids can be prepared with ANY filling, just not too liquid.
Take one portion of dough and roll it like a rectangle. Yeast dough does not like to be rolled is thin, the thickness of the rolled dough around 5-7 mm.
To further facilitate the task, using a long knife, make a kind of mesh, lightly touching the knife to the surface of the dough. Conditionally we divide our rectangle into three parts in length and 10-15 wide. Why? Now you will understand.
Now at the middle of the stuffing is put - tablespoon sugar and half teaspoon ground cinnamon (such braided, we have two)...
... on the other two braids and curd. Now, our "grid" with a sharp knife cut into transverse strips on both sides...
... and zaplatim them to the network.
Here they are - our braids. Now put them in a warm place, cover with a cloth, to increase twice.
Now grease a loose end of their egg and into the oven with a medium fire for 30-40 minutes. The first 20 minutes the oven do not open, and the dough will settle!
And that's the result of our labors! With the heat from the heat!
