It's definitely a festive salad. The recipe of the salad is known for many years. So, it pulls on the family recipe. My mom was a good cook, but I didn't admit to the plate. Yes, and all my attempts to penetrate into the Holy of holies-the kitchen (!) instantly suppressed. So many of Mama's recipes, learned to cook as a married lady. Despite this status, the fact that I, myself, have grown kids, my mother always stood behind me and tried to comment on my cooking. So, had to comply. To prepare the salad she forbade me (when I was visiting her), as I chopped the ingredients finely enough (!). So. By the way, very tasty salad. This recipe I have never met. Cooking
1. Prepare the marinade for the onions. In boiling water add a mixture of Apple (6%) and dining (30%)of ukususa. Be guided by your taste. Add a little salt. Pour in marinade, chopped rings onions. Leave in the marinade until the onions are soft. In the picture, in my opinion, is clearly visible. Drain off the marinade. Onion left in the sieve at a time.
2. Peel the potatoes and pre-chilled in the fridge, boiled eggs. Slice as thinly as possible on the petals.
3. Add the onions, salt, pepper.
4. Mix the mayonnaise with sour cream (available without cream). And salad. Mix with your hand. It's better, otherwise, stirring with a spoon, get porridge. Put in refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
